A few things about this site. Lawrence Leroy Blair is my name thus www.llblair.com the url for this site. www.llblair.com is the chosen url because it is short and easily remembered, and it was available for the grabbing, not because it is the name of the person who created the site. That being said the real name of the site is what is displayed on the masthead of the Front Page of the site, “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind, and your neighbor as yourself.”
OK, that out of the way; this site exists because the world is a mess. It is a mess because of sin and the cure for sin is the Lord Jesus Christ. This site hopes to convey the Gospel of Jesus Christ with what God supplies for that purpose. What I mean by that is this; I have limited mental and physical capabilities as do all of God’s creatures. In some ways more limited than others, or so I have been told. It is my prayer that as far as the mental and physical capabilities of the one behind this site are concerned that perhaps God will choose a person more qualified than myself to do the job. I say that because the technical problems involved and the writing responsibilities seem to be getting beyond what I can handle at this time.
This site needs someone who lives the life and thinks the thoughts of one who understands the words in the name of this site, the words on this sites masthead; “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind, and your neighbor as yourself.” Only a person or group of persons that believes and lives those words can ever achieve anything worthwhile in this world for God. This site is not mine, it is God’s.
Think of Elijah and Elisha and you will understand where I am now and what I am praying for daily.
So, when God sends someone to this site, has them press on the About button, has them respond on the Contact page to this plea, and they meet God’s qualifications, that will be the day when God has appointed new hands to steer this little boat and maybe make it into a sturdy ship worthy of carrying God’s Gospel Message around the world. I will my burden lightened and someone to take command, I will know that God’s work is being done. May God’s will be done.
